We maintain full control of our product development and roadmap, which continues to be driven by educator needs. Microsoft provides infrastructure, technical expertise, migration funding, and co-sell support to help us scale globally.
Will our data be shared with Microsoft?
Your data remains protected under BoodleBox's existing privacy policies. We maintain SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and FERPA compliance. The Azure infrastructure actually enhances our security and privacy capabilities.
Will pricing change due to this Microsoft collaboration?
Our pricing structure remains unchanged. The collaboration actually helps us maintain cost-effectiveness through infrastructure efficiencies, allowing us to continue offering up to 95% cost savings compared to individual AI subscriptions.
Do we need other Microsoft products to use BoodleBox?
No. BoodleBox remains a standalone platform. While it will run on Azure infrastructure, institutions don't need any other Microsoft products to use BoodleBox.

Who provides support — BoodleBox or Microsoft?
